 The First General Meeting for Student Organization in the City College of Huizhou

On the afternoon of October 30th, the first general meeting for student organization was successfully held in the auditorium at the City College of Huizhou. Yongshui Lin the Vice Dean of the College, YunquanCai the Director of Student Affairs Office, Jinming Chen the College Secretary of the Communist Youth League and departments heads attended the meeting.

The meeting began with a cheering speech by Liuqing Zhuang, the President of the Student Union. Zhuang said, “As the starting class of students in the City College of Huizhou, we face many challenges. Only with persistence can we overcome various difficulties, and we should always remember our responsibility for our college.”

Yuanling Luo, the student representative of the Trade and Tourism School, related his personal experience as a part of the student organization, “We have all learned from participating in student organizations, and such experience serves as a good preparation for our future. As a leader and member of student organization, I also learned to meet higher expectations.”

Throughout the meeting, the attendants announced members of each student organization.
